NEIT GMW Dept: Waypoint Case Study
Background:
Our objective was to create a wayfinding system for visitors to the GMW Department at NEIT. We needed to identify the current wayfinding path from start to finish including all nodes. During this process, we needed to identify possible areas of improvement, as our intent was to improve the experience for any visitors to the campus who needed to find the GMW Department. Our process involved identifying the current waypoints and nodes to understand where it was successful and where improvements could be made, with the goal of having a unified, streamlined path for the user that eliminates confusion and is easy to navigate.
